Ice Skating

I am pretty sure that Rebekah believes that ice skating is as girly as it gets. She has been dreaming of going ice skating all winter long. Each weekend begging and begging. She even insisted that there was an iceskating place right by her school. When she finally showed me what she was talking about she brought me to a large muddy puddle that had been frozen over insisting that people could iceskate there. Funny girl!! We attempted on a few occasions since January but didn't make it there. We finally made it a few weekends ago and she did great!!! She went around a few times with Glenn and then wanted to go by herself. She stayed by the edge for support but was venturing out by the end. We were so proud of her. Miriam on the other hand...she loved it, but Glenn pretty much carried her the whole time. What a good Daddy.

- During Rebekah's turns Miriam would insist on climbing to the top of the bleachers wearing iceskates. We are lucky this girl has not had stitches yet.
